Respondent, AT & T Technologies, Inc. (AT & T), seeks review of an adverse order of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission (Commission), finding that it discriminated against an employee because of his handicap, and requiring it to reinstate the employee to his former position with back pay and benefits.
