Plaintiff appeals from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendants Memorial Hospital and Dr. S.N. Kelso, Jr., pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) (no genuine issue of material fact). Additionally, third-party defendant Norma Denny cross appeals, challenging the trial court's order denying her motion to amend the pleadings to eliminate her as a third-party defendant. We reverse in both respects.
