OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

After entering pleas of no contest, Allen Scott Holtzheimer was convicted in Sitka of one count of sexual assault in the second degree and one count of assault in the second degree. Both offenses are class B felonies. Superior Court Judge Duane K. Craske sentenced Holtzheimer to concurrent terms of six years with two years suspended for the offenses. Holtzheimer was separately convicted in Ketchikan after pleading no contest...
