This criminal case is before the Court a second time. In 1986, this Court affirmed the conviction of the defendant for the stabbing death of his wife. Shockley v. State, Del.Supr., 515 A.2d 398 (1986) (Order). The present appeal is from the Superior Court's denial, after evidentiary hearing, of postconviction relief based on the defendant's claim that his constitutional right to counsel was violated...
