HARTZ, Judge.

The district court dismissed plaintiff's complaint with prejudice because she lied in answers to interrogatories. She appeals. Because of the implications of this case for litigation in New Mexico, we requested amicus briefs from the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association.
