SCHWELB, Associate Judge:

Bernita Lemon and Benny Prince were both convicted by a jury of four counts of armed robbery1 in connection with a harrowing incident in which the victims were forced to strip naked in an apartment in Southeast Washington in the early morning hours of Sunday, March 31, 1984. Prince was also convicted of carrying a pistol without a license.2
