CASE SUMMARY

Plaintiff-appellant Brownsburg Lumber Co. (Brownsburg) appeals the entry of a summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Horace Mann, an Indiana limited partnership (Mann), Indiana National Bank (Bank), J & S Contractors, Inc. (Contractor), and the City of Indianapolis (City), claiming the trial court's ruling was contrary to the law.

We reverse.
