I. INTRODUCTION

This case arises out of a lien foreclosure action on real property between appellant John Nystrom (Nystrom) and appellee Buckhorn Homes, Inc. (Buckhorn). The superior court found that Buckhorn's mechanics' lien took priority over Nystrom's prior-recorded deed of trust and granted Buckhorn's motion for summary judgment.
