This medical malpractice action was originally filed by Mrs. Cynthia Swartzlander for damages alleged to have arisen from a delayed diagnosis of breast cancer. The delay resulted from the loss of breast tissue taken in a biopsy performed by Dr. Embry W. Williams, III, at Bonnabel Hospital.
