ASPEN, District Judge:

Plaintiff Gerald Moore filed this action against A.E. Staley Company and Local 837, Allied Industrial Workers of America, AFL-CIO, alleging that the defendants had engaged in religious discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e.
