DOOLEY, Justice.

This is a bail appeal which was referred by a Justice of this Court to the full Court for decision pursuant to 13 V.S.A. § 7556(b). Our review is limited to whether the order appealed from "is supported by the proceedings below." Id. For the reasons detailed below, we conclude that the appearance bond required by the trial court is supported and affirm that order.
