This litigation arises out of a two-car collision on July 4, 1986 at Causeway Boulevard, involving a 1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass owned and operated by William L. Feibleman and a 1984 Toyota Celica owned and operated by William H. Petrie. The only passenger in the Feibleman automobile was Michelle Reneé Demarest and the only passenger in the Petrie automobile was Paula J. Occhipinti.
