Nicholas V. Long was convicted after pleading no contest to a charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree (possession with intent to deliver one ounce or more of marijuana). Long reserved the right to appeal an order entered by Superior Court Judge Gail R. Fraties denying Long's motion to suppress evidence.
