The record in this attempted child molestation case reveals no patent error. Defendant's conviction and sentence are affirmed.

The defendant, 17-year-old Troy Duhe, was charged with molestation of a juvenile under LSA-R.S. 14:81.2 for committing a lewd and lascivious act, by oral copulation, upon a male victim, aged 13 years.
