This action arises from the hiring and discharge of Plaintiff by the Defendant, Medical Graphics Corp. ("MGC"). Prior to joining MGC, Plaintiff had worked in the field of computer medical diagnosis at the Cleveland Clinic. On December 20, 1984 Plaintiff signed an employment agreement ("Agreement") with MGC. Before signing the Agreement, Plaintiff had entered into discussions with MGC President Stephen Anderson, in Minnesota....
