In this appeal we consider acts of fraud committed during property distribution proceedings in the Family Court. The plaintiff, Carol Schmeusser, (the "wife"), appeals a finding of the Family Court that certain misrepresentations of defendant, Lloyd Schmeusser (the "husband"), made to the Family Court, did not rise to the level of fraud.
