Relator and a co-defendant, were convicted of two (2) counts of armed robbery. On appeal the convictions were affirmed, and the case was remanded for resentencing. State v. Rattler and Lewis, 503 So.2d 168 (La.App. 4th Cir.1987). The trial court resentenced relator on the second count to ninety-nine (99) years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. On the first count...
