This appeal arises from a medical malpractice suit filed on behalf of John D. Livings, plaintiff/appellant, against Dr. Joseph A. LaNasa, Jr., defendant/appellee. Livings alleges an unauthorized surgical procedure was performed by Dr. LaNasa which caused loss of bladder control and constant pain.
