HALL, Chief Justice:

Defendant was convicted of two counts of sodomy upon a child, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-403.1 (Supp. 1987) (amended 1988). On appeal, he claims that at trial he was denied effective assistance of counsel1 and that the trial court committed prejudicial error in failing to dismiss a prospective juror for cause. We affirm.
