This is a Superior Court civil action in which Eastern Motor Inns, Inc. (Eastern), seeks a mandatory injunction directing Armand Ricci (Ricci) and his wife to convey to Eastern a two-acre parcel of real estate situated on Mink Street in nearby Seekonk, Massachusetts.
