This is an appeal seeking review of orders of two separate district courts. The first order was issued by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. That order dismissed plaintiff's claim that defendant Continental Airlines violated portions of the Rehabilitation Act and the Federal Aviation Act by requiring her and her guide dog to sit in a seat other than that originally assigned to her.
