Defendant-appellant Reginald Belcher appeals from the denial of his Petition for Post-Conviction Relief.

We affirm.

In 1971 Belcher along with two co-defendants, Dennis Wickliffe and Sherman Coleman, was charged with theft of a vehicle. The affidavit named all three defendants.
