Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's dismissal of their action to reform an insurance policy. Plaintiffs are Sam Broussard Trucking Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Broussard"), the insured, and Frank B. Hall & Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Hall"), Broussard's insurance broker. In their petition, they allege that the policy covering Broussard's comprehensive vehicular liability should be reformed because, "through inadvertence and unintended clerical error...
