This is an appeal from a decision of the Superior Court which affirmed the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Industrial Accident Board (the "Board"). The appellant, Bertha Rochelle Furrowh, sustained an on-the-job injury while she was employed as a part-time security guard by the appellee, Abacus Corporation ("Abacus").
