Petitioners seek, by order to show cause, temporary injunctive relief under 29 U.S.C. § 160(j) compelling Respondent Local 1814 (the Union) to order its members to return to work until the National Labor Relations Board determines if the Union committed unfair labor practices. Respondent opposes the motion.
