This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Appellant Lorie Ferreira rented an automobile from respondent P.C.H., Inc., a Nevada corporation doing business as Rent-a-vette. While being driven by an unauthorized driver, the automobile was involved in a one-car accident. Rent-a-vette sued Lorie and her husband Carlo Ferreira.
