Cassimear Joseph Clarke and Elizabeth Clarke (Clarke) appeal three orders dismissing their action against Equinox Holdings, Ltd. (Equinox), challenging the constitutionality of the Real Estate Contract Forfeiture Act, the forfeiture of their real estate contract with Equinox, and the failure of Equinox to execute a final option agreement. Clarke also appeals the order granting Equinox attorney's fees and expenses. We affirm.
