Appellant, Cecilia Eloshway, was charged by information with two counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI accident with damage to property. She was declared indigent, counsel was appointed, and she pled guilty to all counts. The trial court sentenced her within the presumptive guideline range to two concurrent twelve-year prison terms for the DUI manslaughter counts and two concurrent terms of one year for the DUI property damage counts.
