Musslyn (Musslyn) entered a conditional guilty plea in United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri1 for unlawfully receiving child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). The issues raised on appeal are: (1) whether Musslyn's due process rights were infringed upon by outrageous governmental conduct and (2) whether the search of Musslyn's home violated the fourth amendment...
