Appellant, NEC Corporation ("NEC"), appeals the district court's order granting judgment n.o.v. and an addendum to that order. NEC sued respondents, Donna Benbow, William Pearce, Kathleen Pearce, Jim Clarkson, Shirley Clarkson, Phillip Mason, Sherry Dement, Samuel Goodman, Mildred Goodman, Bob Winchurch and Jenny Winchurch, eleven tenants of a manufactured home subdivision, for unlawful detainer and back rent.
