The plaintiffs in this case, a group of licensed chiropractors, sued the defendant insurance companies, claims adjusting firm and two individual chiropractors for violating Section 1 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. § 1) and Section 4 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. § 15). Also included in the complaint are two pendent state claims, one for intentional interference with contractual relations and the other for violations of the Illinois...
