The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the plaintiff's motion to clarify and denying the defendant's motion to modify an earlier judgment of dissolution. The defendant claims that the trial court erred (1) in considering and relying on mistaken facts and evidence outside the record in deciding both motions, (2) in denying the defendant's motion to modify, and (3) in granting the plaintiff's motion to clarify.
