The United States Government seeks forfeiture of the Defendant Real Property, a residence including its improvements, located at 31 N.W. 136 Court, Miami, Florida, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7). The sole issue before the Court is whether the Government has sustained its burden in demonstrating that a "substantial connection" existed between the residence and Claimant Miguel Diaz' illicit drug transaction....
