ERVIN, Judge.

The trial court granted appellee's motion to suppress cocaine seized from him and the State appeals. Because we conclude from a totality of the circumstances that the officers possessed a well-founded suspicion of criminal activity to effectuate an investigatory stop of the appellee, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.

The apartment complex in question had been plagued with narcotics problems...
