This is an appeal by the surviving spouse and four children from a judgment in their favor resulting from the wrongful death of Edgar Steers. The deceased met his death one night when he ran into a tractor/trailer which was illegally attempting a U-turn, and which presented to oncoming traffic an unlighted side view.
