GIVAN, Justice.

A jury trial resulted in a conviction of appellant of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, a Class A felony, for which he received a sentence of thirty (30) years. He also was convicted of Possession of Cocaine, for which he received a sentence of five (5) years, the sentences to run concurrently. Because possession of cocaine is an included offense in the charge of possession with intent to deliver, this cause will be remanded to the trial...
