The previous opinion of the court is withdrawn and the following is substituted.

Defendant appeals from an amended judgment and sentence granting him 63 days of presentence confinement credit. Two issues are presented on appeal: 1) the appropriate amount of presentence confinement credit to which a defendant, incarcerated on more than one case, is entitled and 2) whether it was error...
