WILLIAM A. NORRIS, Circuit Judge:

Appellants Francis and Clara LaPlant appeal the district court's dismissal of their action for want of subject matter jurisdiction. The district court held that appellants' suit is a contract action, which under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(a), 1491, is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Claims Court. We affirm.
