The defendant/appellant, Jamal A. Wicks, was convicted in the Superior Court as a result of a nonjury trial of two counts of rape in the first degree, and single counts of kidnapping in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, theft, robbery in the first degree, and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony.
