Daniel A. Swan (defendant) was charged by bill of information with six felonies: simple kidnapping, cruelty to a juvenile (two counts), illegal use of a weapon, aggravated criminal damage to property, and armed false imprisonment. These offenses are violations of LSA-R.S. 14:45, 93, 94, 55, and 46.1, respectively. He was also charged by bill of information with four misdemeanors: false personation, aggravated assault, and two counts of simple battery...
