Plaintiff Exxon Corporation ("Exxon") moves for reconsideration of the Court's Opinion and Order, dated March 3, 1989, dismissing its claim for a maritime lien, under the Federal Maritime Lien Act (the "Act"),1 for want of admiralty jurisdiction.
