This case comes before us on the appeal of Richard A. Scott and J.W. Riker Realtors, Inc. (third-party defendants), from a Family Court judgment which declared that the third-party defendants were not entitled to a real estate commission and ordered that they pay the amount of the commission withheld ($8,600) together with interest to Joseph E. Marran, Esquire and Nicholas L. Colangelo, Esquire (co-commissioners). We reverse...
