Michael Clay appeals the denial of his post-conviction relief petition.

We affirm.

Clay appeared with counsel at a hearing on May 28, 1964, and entered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge under the Offenses Against Property Act.1 Clay was originally charged with burglary.
