OPINION ON REMAND

KELTNER, Justice.

The primary issue in this case is whether the trial court's erroneous admission of a videotape of the complaining witness, prepared out of the presence of the defendant, was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt. We also must consider whether the court's erroneous charge on good time and parole was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
