After being terminated by appellant/cross-respondent Bally's Grand Employees' Federal Credit Union (Bally), respondent/cross-appellant Delorse Wallen (Wallen) brought suit against Bally and her supervisor, appellant/cross-respondent Judy McDaniel (McDaniel).
