Defendant-Appellant Dwayne Crull was convicted following a jury trial in the Madison County Superior Court Division I of two counts of Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, Cocaine, Three Grams or More, for which he received terms of thirty (30) years on each count, with five (5) years suspended (Crull was placed on probation for those five years).
