Plaintiff-Appellant Rookwood appeals a judgment entered in favor of the Atlantic Richfield Company ("ARCO"). Rookwood's complaint alleged that ARCO overcharged two firms owned by Rookwood, Houston Oil Company ("HOC") and Oil Transit, Inc. ("OTI"), on sales of motor gasoline from 1977 to 1981.
