This is an appeal from the denial of appellant's second post-conviction relief petition. In 1975, appellant was tried before a jury on a charge of First Degree Murder. He was found guilty of Second Degree Murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirmed his conviction on direct appeal Baum v. State (1976), 264 Ind. 421, 345 N.E.2d 831.
