Elmo Humphrey appeals his conviction and sentence for aggravated rape, La.R.S. 14:42(A)(4), of the child whose care was entrusted to him. We affirm.

Elmo Humphrey was employed by Kathy Calhoun to babysit with her daughter, J.M., from early 1980 until March 1982, when the family moved from Metairie to New Orleans.
