On September 6, 1988, appellant was indicted for possession of a prohibited weapon on school premises (the "weapons charge"). The trial court set appellant's bond in the weapons charge at $4,000. While out on bond, appellant was indicted for the felony charge of retaliation. Bond was set at $100,000.
